What was the challenge?

A dental group looked to expand into the Syracuse market. Their chosen space was a former restaurant building, which needed a complete redesign to become a family dental practice.

How did Barton & Loguidice provide a solution?

From start to finish, B&L focused on planning and coordination for this project. The team provided construction materials including code review, demolition plan, electrical and piping plans, and interior design finishes.  Organizing the delivery of equipment was especially important to work around any construction in progress at a given time. Lighting upgrades were made to the building and electrical power was planned out for cables, data, security, and telephone. A one-line slab piping plan was included for sanitary upgrades.

Why was the project a success?

The scheduling and delivery of systems and equipment were well-coordinated with the construction team, allowing the project to open on time. The state-of-the-art office is well on its way to becoming a preferred source for dentistry in the Syracuse area.
