Operator Training & Support

We take a hands-on, practical approach to student training. Whether learning in the classroom or gaining real-world experience at a treatment plant, our students are exposed to a wide range of learning opportunities designed to prepare them for success in the field.

Our trainings are led by seasoned professional, Stephen Sanders. Steve brings nearly ten years of experience in water treatment operator training, having led SUNY Morrisville’s Environmental Training Center. He has a strong background in operator development, certification preparation, and facility operations, and now uses that experience at B&L to support municipalities and utilities across the region.
