David L. Pielmeier, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. A resident of Westminster, MD, he received his B.S. degree in Geo-environmental Studies and Geographic Information Systems Certificate from the Department of Geography and Earth Science at Shippensburg University. Mr. Pielmeier is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area out of the Baltimore, MD office.
Amy M. Parrish, P.G. EHS, has been promoted to Senior Managing Hydrogeologist. A resident of Westminster, MD, she received her B.S. degree in Geological and Environmental Science from Susquehanna University. Parrish is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area out of the Baltimore, MD office.
Jeffrey J. Reed, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Canastota, NY, he received his B.S. and M.E. degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University. Reed is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.
