Saratoga County Sewer District Software Implementation
What was the challenge?
B&L implemented Utility Cloud as a Computerized Maintenance Management System for Saratoga County Sewer District #1. The sewer district was in need of a software that would be able to assist in preventative maintenance, work orders, asset inventory, and risk prioritization. Asset record reporting for NYSDEC, customizable inspection forms, fleet management, and GIS integration.
How did Barton & Loguidice find a solution?
Saratoga County Sewer District #1 now has a fully populated CCMS system that allows for both desktop and mobile use in the field. The county has full access to its asset inventory, word orders, preventative maintenance, and GIS information in one place. They also have fully customizable dashboards, reporting features for all of the information within the system, and the ability to run analytics on work orders, assets at risk, and inspections.
Why was the project a success?
Saratoga County Sewer District now has a way to manage its asset lifecycles, generate state-mandated reports that are up to date right from the CMMS, and ensure that they are more proactive with their work. They are also able to manage and ensure that work orders and inspections are being completed effectively and efficiently to capitalize on customer satisfaction.
