Promotion Within the Ownership of the Solid Waste Practice Area

Four members of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area received Senior-Level Promotions

Chad Hutton, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Shareholder of the firm. A resident of Boonville, New York, he received his A.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology and A.A.S. degree in Surveying Technology from Mohawk Valley Community College. He also received his B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. Hutton is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area based in the Utica office.

Sean Sweeney P.E., has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Shareholder of the firm. A resident of Duncannon, Pennsylvania, he received his B.S. degree in Agriculture and Biological Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Sweeney is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area out of the Camp Hill, PA office.

Stephen Lezinski, BCES, has been promoted to Vice President and Shareholder of the firm. A resident of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, he received his B.S. degree in Geo-Environmental Studies from Shippensburg University. Lezinski is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area out of the Annapolis, MD office.

Cory McDowell, P.E., LEED AP®, has been promoted to Vice President and Shareholder of the firm. A resident of Ilion, New York, he received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. McDowell is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area based in the Utica office.
