Barton & Loguidice Announces Senior Promotions for 2021

15 members of the firm have received senior level promotions in 2021.

Senior Staff Environmental Scientist

Andrew J. Reese, has been promoted to Senior Staff Environmental Scientist. A resident of Mechanicsburg, PA, he received his B.S. degree in Biology from Juniata College. Reese is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area.

Senior Project Community Planner

Robert J. Murphy, Jr., AICP, has been promoted to Senior Project Community Planner. A resident of Mechanicville, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his M.A. degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida. Murphy is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Planning & Design Practice Area.

Senior Project Landscape Architect

Nicole M. Cleary, P.L.A., has been promoted to Senior Project Landscape Architect. A resident of Canandaigua, NY, she received her B.L.A. degree from SUNY ESF. Cleary is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Planning & Design Practice Area.

Senior Project Engineer

Daniel J. Gosselin, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. A resident of Gansevoort, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a Minor in Construction Engineering Management from Norwich University. Gosselin is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area.

Zachary T. Plonka, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. A resident of Oswego, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Natural Resource and Forest Engineering from SUNY ESF. Plonka is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area.

Matthew J. Zarbo, P.E., has been promoted Senior Project Engineer. A resident of Buffalo, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Zarbo is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Practice Area.

Construction Manager

Jonathan M. Amos, has been promoted to Construction Manager. As a resident of Sloansville, NY, he received his A.S. degree in Engineering Math & Science from Jefferson Community College and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Amos is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Practice Area.

Lead Engineer

Kyle C. Williams, P.E., has been promoted to Lead Engineer. A resident of Manlius, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from SUNY ESF. Williams is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area.

Managing Engineer

Peter Christiano, P.E., PTOE, has been promoted to Managing Engineer. A resident of Niskayuna, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Christiano is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area.

Senior Project Manager

Gus R. Wehbe, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. A resident of Truxton, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the Syracuse University. Wehbe is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area.

Darik M. Jordan, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. A resident of Victor, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Health & Safety Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Jordan is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area.

Senior Construction Manager

Gregory S. Miller, P.E., PSP, has been promoted to Senior Construction Manager. A resident of Fabius, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Miller is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area and is an accredited planning and scheduling professional.

Senior Managing Engineer

Roy A. Richardson Jr., P.E., has been promoted to Senior Managing Engineer. A resident of Brunswick, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Richardson is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Practice Area.

Senior Associate

Stephen T. Lezinski, BCES, has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Washington, DC, he received his B.S. degree in Geo-Environmental Studies from Shippensburg University and a M.S. degree in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University. Lezinski is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Practice Area and serves as Branch Manager for the Annapolis office.

David R. Hanny, CPESC, CPSWQ, LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Fairport, NY, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Science from SUNY ESF. Hanny is a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Area.
