A resident of Niskayuna, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from University at Buffalo. Fremante is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Albany, NY office.
Shaun M. Murray, P.E., has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Glastonbury, CT he received his Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Hartford and his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
