Staff Promotions in Transportation Practice Area

7 members of the Transportation Practice Area promoted

Joseph J. Fremante III, P.E., has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Niskayuna, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from University at Buffalo. Fremante is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Albany, NY office.

Shaun M. Murray, P.E., has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Glastonbury, CT he received his Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Hartford and his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Murray is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Hartford, CT office.

Ryan S. O’Malley, P.E., has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Penfield, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. O’Malley is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Rochester, NY office.

Bailey H. Vandewater, has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Greenwich, NY she received her B.S. degree in Physics from SUNY Oneonta and her B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Vandewater is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Albany, NY office.

Conor R. Blake, I.E., has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Rochester, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Blake is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Rochester, NY office.

Abbas S. Kazan, I.E, has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Syracuse, NY he received his A.S. degree in Engineering Science from Dutchess Community College and his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Kazan is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

Devon C. Kinsman, I.E., has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Syracuse, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo. Kinsman is a member of the firm’s Transportation Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.
