Kaitlyn M. Darcy, AICP, has been promoted to Project Community Planner. A resident of Rochester, NY she received her B.A. degree in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo and her M.S. degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University. Darcy is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Planning & Design Practice Area out of the Rochester, NY office.
Rebecca S. Barkan, I.E., CPESC-IT, has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Babylon, NY she received her B.S. degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
