Promotions Within the Ownership and Leadership of the Water Resources Practice Area

7 members of the Water Resources Practice Area promoted

Matthew J. Zarbo, P.E., has been promoted to Managing Engineer. A resident of Buffalo, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Zarbo is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Buffalo, NY office.

Dustin J. Clark, P.E., has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Adams Center, NY he received his A.S. degree in Engineering Science from Jefferson Community College and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Clark is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Watertown, NY office.

David J. Kerr, P.E., BCEE, has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Annapolis, MD he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering, both from Clarkson University. Kerr is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Annapolis, MD office.

Jesse D. Semanchik, P.E., has been promoted to Associate. A resident of Fayetteville, NY he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware and a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Semanchik is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.

Karen W. Clark, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Loudonville, NY she received her B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and a M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Clark is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Albany, NY office.

Matthew J. Cooper, P.E., has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Copenhagen, NY he received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Cooper is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Watertown, NY office.

Gregory D. Mosure, P.E., BCEE, has been promoted to Senior Associate. A resident of Marcellus, NY he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. Mosure is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Syracuse, NY office.
