Roy Richardson Jr., P.E., has been promoted to Associate and Shareholder of the firm. A resident of Brunswick, New York, he received his B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Richardson is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area out of the Albany, NY office.
