What our Work Space Looks Like
Our offices are newly expanded and renovated. Flex spaces give our employees options to work in the space that is most comfortable to accomplish the task at hand. Our offices are located in close proximity to cultural, social, and recreational attractions, with easy access and no parking fees.
Young Professionals Development
B&L's young professionals group provides like-minded employees an opportunity to learn, contribute and connect with one another. Monthly lunch-and-learns, happy hours, and other activities create an environment that encourages a work-hard play-hard initiative. What We Like to Do
B&L employees will tell you that this is a fun place to work. Yes, we all have work to do, but we manage to get the job done and enjoy ourselves while doing it. Events are scheduled both during the work day as well as in the evenings and weekends for employees and their family.
We Like to Give Back
We share our time and resources with those in need by participating in community, educational, and charity events such as the Heart Walk, Future Cities, Earth Day cleanups, and Adopt-a-Highway cleanup efforts. We actively fundraise for local schools, animal rescue organizations, human service organizations, and others in need. In addition, Barton & Loguidice often matches donations made by our employees to causes such as disaster relief efforts.
How We Stay On Top
B&L provides regular, on-site, technical training sessions and supports off-site training to help our staff stay current in their fields of expertise as well as to develop their knowledge base in emerging technologies.
B&L fosters an internal learning culture through an employee mentoring program and an internal professional development program - B&L University - as well as an innovation incentive program called “Bright Lights.” B&L utilizes our greatest asset - our staff - to continue to improve upon and expand our services.
