In Memory of Frank A. Loguidice

March 11, 2019

It is with deepest sympathy that we announce the passing of one of our founders, Frank A. Loguidice. Frank was one of four engineers who joined together in April of 1961 to start their own firm, initially providing civil engineering for water and sewer projects. They started with no clients, no projects, and no furniture. Thanks to their vision and determination, today B&L has grown into a multi-disciplined consulting firm working on projects throughout the United States. During his retirement, Frank stayed connected to B&L and often attended firm functions with his wife of 70 years, Hilda.  He was proud to see our employees embrace the can-do attitude, work ethic and family values that enabled our founders to start with nothing but a store front office and develop it into a firm that now employs more than 270 people.

Frank was a hardworking, honorable and well respected person who laid the foundation for what B&L is today. His legacy and work ethic remains the backbone of our firm and he will always be a part of our B&L family. We will miss him!
