Barton & Loguidice, (B&L) announces the addition of three employees to the firm.

Emily Mahana has joined the Transportation group as an Engineer l. A resident of Cicero, NY, Emily received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Previously, Emily interned with B&L the past couple of summers and winters in the Transportation group. Emily holds the Miss Upstate New York 2018 title where her platform advocates for encouraging increased involvement of girls and young women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) related fields. Emily recently competed for the title of Miss New York in Buffalo, NY, and she continues to encourage students in CNY to become our next generation of successful scientists and engineers. .

 

Ryan DaRin has joined the Facilities group as an Engineer ll. A resident of Manlius, NY, Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. Previously, Ryan worked as a junior Mechanical Engineer supporting the project team by preparing drawings and visual aids, developed performance specifications for equipment and mechanical materials, developed construction estimates, and field measured existing project conditions and transferred information to engineering drawings.

 

William Guida has joined the Water/Wastewater group as an Engineer l. A resident of Syracuse, NY, William received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University. Last summer, William interned with B&L in the Transportation group and prior to this, he worked as a Laboratory Intern and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Syracuse University where he conducted laboratory procedures and research on the physical properties of green roofs and assessed their performance in various conditions.
