Barton & Loguidice Announces Promotions at Syracuse Office for 2018

Barton & Loguidice D.P.C. (B&L), a northeast regional engineering, planning, environmental, and landscape architecture firm with nine offices across New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland, announces that 14 members of the firm’s Syracuse office have received promotions in 2018.

Grete L. Bader has been promoted to Environmental Scientist III. A resident of Liverpool, she received her B.S. in Environmental Science from Nazareth College and her M.S. in Ecology from State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Bader is a member of the firm’s Environmental Group.

Evan G. Candee has been promoted to Industrial Hygienist I. A resident of Manlius, he earned his B.S. in Environmental Science Systems from Le Moyne University. Candee is a member of the firm’s Environmental Group.

Kelli L. Carsky, I.E. has been promoted to Asset Management Engineer II. A resident of Baldwinsville, she earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Carsky is a member of the firm’s Asset Management Group.

Jeffrey L. Clark has been promoted to Engineering Designer I. A resident of Mexico, he earned his A.A.S. in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Clark is a member of the firm’s Highway Group.

Zachary P. Dale, I.E. has been promoted to Engineer III. A resident of Syracuse, he received both his B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from St. Lawrence University and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Dale is a member of the firm’s Bridge Group.

Gary C. Downs has been promoted to IT Administrator III. A resident of Cicero, he received his Associates in Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton. 

William F. Finch, I.E. has been promoted to Engineer III. A resident of Chittenango, he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Finch is a member of the firm’s Transportation Group.

Joelle Felber has been promoted to Office Assistant. Felber is a resident of Liverpool.

Nicholas R. Johnson has been promoted to Industrial Hygienist I. A resident of Syracuse, he earned his B.S. in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Johnson is a member of the firm’s Environmental Group.

Maxwell A. Klass, I.E. has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Syracuse, he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Klass is a member of the firm’s Solid Waste Group.

Ashlyn A. Maurer, I.E. has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Syracuse, she received her B.S. in Environmental Resources Engineering from State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Maurer is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Planning & Design Group.

Ryan D. O’Mara, I.E. has been promoted to Engineer III. A resident of Cicero, he received his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University at Buffalo. He is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Group.

Emily K. Procopio, I.E. has been promoted to Engineer II. A resident of Liverpool, she received her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University. Procopio is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Group.

Nicholas J. Shrimpton, I.E. has been promoted to Engineer III. A resident of Auburn, he received his A.S. in Engineering Science from SUNY Onondaga Community College and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Shrimpton is a member of the firm’s Transportation Group.
