We are a privately held, full-service planning, engineering, environmental science, and landscape architecture firm, founded in 1961. B&L specializes in multiple disciplines to provide consulting services to municipal, industrial, commercial, education and health care, and financial and insurance sectors. Yes! We regularly hire college students for summer internships and co-op positions based on our workload. If you are interested, please submit your resume with a cover letter, indicating your availability plus office location and discipline preference.
What does B&L look for when interviewing recent college graduates? top
We generally seek a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0; however, lower GPAs may be considered. Please indicate your GPA on your resume and application. We look for graduates with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in teams. Internships or co-ops in related areas are preferred. How does the interview process work? top
A brief phone interview may be conducted by the hiring manager or a human resources representative. If you are invited to come in for an interview, you will generally meet with the hiring manager, key members of the department's team, and a human resources representative. Expect references and education to be checked before any offer of employment is extended.
