Richard M. Weis Joins Barton and Loguidice’s Rochester Office
Barton & Loguidice (B&L) announces Richard M. Weis has joined the Solid Waste group as a Construction Manager in the firm’s Rochester, NY office. A resident of Mumford, NY, Weis received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, and his B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo.
In his previous role, Weis was a Project Manager at Seneca Meadows, overseeing a multitude of projects over the course of 17 years. His expertise includes landfill construction, landfill gas collection and control systems, leachate management, and condensate management. Weis oversaw multiple landfill gas and leachate management projects, including the construction of the leachate management and treatment system which involved building modifications and installation of a reverse-osmosis leachate treatment plant, construction of an acid storage system, a 500,000 gallon above-ground storage tank, and pump station buildings.
Weis has his Certificate in Erosion & Sediment Control and has received the NYS Fire Police Training Certificate. He is a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America, the Mumford Volunteer Fire Department, the Gettysburg Foundation and the Volunteer Fire Police Association of the State of New York.
