Barton & Loguidice Announces Senior Level Promotions at its Syracuse Office

Barton & Loguidice D.P.C. (B&L), a northeast regional engineering, planning, environmental, and landscape architecture firm with nine offices across New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland, announces that seven senior level staff at the firm’s Syracuse office received promotions in 2018. 

Wendell R. Buckman, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Managing Engineer. A resident of Marcellus, he received his A.S. in Engineering Science from Alfred State College and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Buckman is a member of the firm’s Bridge Group.

Anthony P. DaRin, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Vice President. A resident of Manlius, he received his A.S. in Engineering Science from SUNY Canton and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Union College. DaRin is a member of the firm’s Highway Group.

Taylor J. Jennings, P.E. (Watertown office) has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Adams, he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Jennings is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Group.

David P. Mitchell, P.E. has been promoted to Managing Engineer. A resident of Cazenovia, he received both his A.A.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology and his B.S. in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University. Mitchell is a member of the firm’s Facilities Group.

Brian M. Nicholson, P.E. has been promoted to Project Engineer. A resident of Syracuse, he received his B.S. in Environmental Resources Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Environmental Science of Forestry. Nicholson is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Planning & Design Group.

Eric A. Pond, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Vice President. A resident of Pulaski, he received his A.S. in Engineering Science from SUNY Jefferson and both his B.S. and M.E. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. Pond is a member of the firm’s Water/Wastewater Group.

Timothy P. Taber, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President. A resident of Manlius, he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his M.S. in Engineering Management from Syracuse University. Taber is a member of the firm’s Asset Management Group.
