Baron & Loguidice Receives Two Capital District American Public Works Association Awards
Two projects Barton & Loguidice has been involved with were recognized at the Capital District Branch of the American Public Works Association’s (APWA) annual awards banquet on February 2, 2018.
The City of Schenectady’s Erie Boulevard and Nott Street Intersection Improvement Project was awarded the Transportation Project of the Year Award for projects less than $5 million.
The Mariette Place Sewer Separation & Stormwater Storage Project and the North Swan Street Green Infrastructure Project were the recipients of a joint Project of the Year Award for Environmental projects less than $5 million.
The purpose of the Capital District APWA awards is to honor outstanding public works professionals and projects from the Capital District Branch. These projects would not be accomplished without the respective Cities’ progressive mindset towards sustainability and addressing critical infrastructure issues to improve our environment and efficient traffic patterns.
