Barton & Loguidice Announces Additions at the Firm’s Camp Hill Office
Andrew J. Reese joins the Sustainable Planning & Design group in our Camp Hill Office as a Senior Engineer. A resident of Mechanicsburg, PA, Andrew received his B.S. in Biology from Juniata College in Pennsylvania. In his previous role, Andrew was an engineering and environmental designer where he was the project lead responsible for the planning, design and implementation of civil and environmental engineering projects. He has worked in both the private and municipal sectors as a project manager in land development, subdivision, stormwater projects, funding/grant writing, and planning. His primary experience and responsibilities include building client relationships and seeking out business development leads, planning, cost analysis, contracts and client negotiation, civil and environmental technical design, regulatory applications and permitting, site and construction management, and project closeout.
William (Bill) C. Sinclair joins the Solid Waste group in our Camp Hill office as a Principal Engineering Technician. A resident of Harrisburg, PA, Bill received his A.S. degree in Drafting and Design from A.W. Beattie Technical School in Pittsburgh, PA. In his previous role, Bill was an Information Systems Administrator where he was responsible for managing the Local Area Network systems and Wide area networks to 7 regional offices and provided guidance to the design staff in support of the firm’s CAD operations. Bill is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Novell Netware Administrator, a SCO Open Server Unix Administrator and certified in MCSE NT 4.0.
