Responsibilities:

• City of Syracuse Economic Development Office:  Project Sponsor
• B&L: Primary project consultant and lead contact and coordination with City. Physical site analysis and planning.
• Project Advisory Committee (DEC, DOS, City): Primary program advisors and state and city project representation.
• Project Steering Committee: Lead community representatives and liaisons with public & private sector interests:
  • Represent all stakeholders that live and work in the project areas
  • Consists of 2 chairpersons for representation at Advisory Committee meetings - 1 for each area 
  • Participate in Public Information Meetings to help facilitate and engender discussion.
  • Provide insights into public opinions and preferences, and general direction.
