Responsibilities:
- B&L: Primary project consultant and lead contact and coordination with City. Physical site analysis and planning.
- Project Advisory Committee (DEC, DOS, City): Primary program advisors and state and city project representation.
- Project Steering Committee: Lead community representatives and liaisons with public & private sector interests:
- Represent all stakeholders that live and work in the project areas
- Participate in Public Information Meetings to help facilitate and engender discussion.
- Provide insights into public opinions and preferences, and general direction.
